2. Platform Purpose & Services

This digital platform is provided solely for festival information dissemination, film competition entries, digital receipt uploads, administrative verification, and authorized jury evaluations.

3. User Accounts & Access Security

• Authorized Portals: Access to the Jury Evaluation Workspace and Admin Command Center is restricted to authorized credentials issued by the Festival Convener.
• Credential Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account security. Sharing accounts or attempting unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
• Account Termination: The festival directorate reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to any account found violating platform security or integrity.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

While using this website and submission portal, you agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent payment receipts, falsified transaction references (UTRs), or inaccurate filmmaker details.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, scrape data, reverse-engineer, disrupt server operations, or probe system vulnerabilities.
• Capture, screen-record, redistribute, or download private screener links or protected films hosted on or embedded within the portal.
• Use the website to transmit malicious scripts, worms, or disruptive automated requests.

5. Intellectual Property on the Website

All website design, brand identities, custom code, layout typography, and editorial text are the property of Drishtidosham Chalachithravedi and Pazhassi Raja Smaraka Granthalayam. Film posters, stills, trailers, and screener materials displayed or hosted belong entirely to their respective copyright holders and filmmakers.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive to ensure continuous uptime and reliable operation of the submission and evaluation portal. However, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The organizers are not liable for temporary technical downtimes, third-party video host outages (e.g., Vimeo, YouTube), or network transmission interruptions beyond our direct control.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the festival committee, conveners, parent institutions, or web administrators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this digital platform.
